Liberti AD Skopje (North Macedonia)

The Skopje-based RZ "Ladna valavnica" AD was established as independent company in 1999 after separation of "Rudnici i Zelezarnica - Skopje". RZ "Ladna Valavnica" AD deals with production of cold rolled zinced and plastic coated sheets. The company's main products are cold rolled coils and sheets, galvanized coils and sheets and coil coting coils and sheets. The coating types are: acril, polyester, siliconpolyester and others. In May 2004, Mittal Steel acquired a 44.5% interest in the cold rolling mill, which subsequently increased to 88.5% and the facility was renamed to Mittal Steel Skopje. In June 2006, Mittal Steel and Arcelor merged under the Arcelor Mittal name. The Macedonian unit was renamed into Arcelormittal Skopje (CRM) AD in 2007, after that name change "Liberti AD Skopje" in 2020
