Poliex A.D. (Montenegro)

Poliex AD is a Montenegro-based company established in 1982 as a factory for production of plastic explosives. Its product range includes powder explosives, water resistant explosives, detonators, initiators and others. POLIEX was founded in 1982. The main activity of Poliex ad, Berane is the production of explosives, and the Company also deals with other activities specified in the Statute. In order to expand the product range and meet the needs of the market, the production of commercial explosives, initiators, as well as the chemical program was adopted through our own development. The chemical factory singles out the perchlorate complex project, the results of which are ammonium perchlorate, lithium perchlorate, etc. Today, POLIEX employs 80 workers who, along with experienced engineering staff, are a guarantee of the quality of products and services. POLIEX is a joint-stock company where Slavko Vujisic owns 83 of the company, and the rest are small shareholders, 122 of them. The factory provides a complete mining service, transport of explosive materials, as well as a complete blasting service. Poliex s expert team performs delaboration (disassembly) services of all types of mines and explosive devices. The headquarters of the Company is in Berane, Polica bb The Company has been listed on Montenegro Stock Exchange under the symbol POEX since December 27, 2004.
