The Company for management and real estate management MIG AD Podgorica is the legal successor of the MIG AD Podgorica Joint Investment Fund.
The MIG Joint Venture Fund AD Podgorica was established in 2001 in accordance with the Regulation on Privatization Funds and Specialized Private Management Companies, by the Management of “KD-Mont” AD Podgorica. Pursuant to Article 16 of the Law on Privatization of Economy and the Decree on Privatization Funds and Specialized Private Management Companies, on October 18, 2001, the Government of the Republic of Montenegro issued Decision No. R-PF 05/04, granting permission to establish the privatization fund “MIG ”, As well as the license for management of the privatization fund“ MIG ”by the Management of the company“ KD-Mont ”AD Podgorica.
Privatization Investment Fund “MIG” AD Podgorica changed its name to Mutual Investment Fund “MIG” AD Podgorica.
