Montenegroberza Ad (Montenegro)

Montenegroberza ad, Podgorica (hereinafter: the Company) was founded in 1995 as the legal successor of the financial brokerage company Montenegroberza dd, Podgorica (founded in 1993), based on the Decision of the Federal Ministry of Finance no. 1/2-09-004/95 of June 30, 1995 and entered in the Register of the Commercial Court in Podgorica by Decision No. Fi 1977/95 of June 30, 1995.
The Company was registered in the Central Register of the Commercial Court in Podgorica as a joint stock company under registration number 4-0002242/001 from August 13, 2002. The company received a license to operate from the Commission for the Capital Market, Decision no. 03/1-1/2-00 of December 14, 2000. After fulfilling the conditions prescribed in the Rules on Amendments to the Rules on Issuing a License to Work on the Stock Exchange, related to the information system and other conditions from the aforementioned rules, on April 22, 2004, the Capital Market Commission issued a new license to operate Montenegroberza ad, Podgorica , by Decision No. 01/3-1/11-02.
The Company was founded to perform the following tasks:
- Registers the receipt of securities on the stock exchange quotation and free stock market trade
- Provides the conditions that all participants in trading on the stock exchange can simultaneously equally and under equal conditions give and receive offers for the purchase and sale of securities and have at the same time equal access to information about the traded securities
- Publicly publishes the exchange rate list of market material traded on the Beza, the stock exchange index, as well as other data important for the operation of the Stock Exchange
The Company has been listed on monetegro stock exchange under the symbol MOBE.
