MARGOMARKET AD Podgorica was founded on July 14, 1992, whose founders were DP Gorica
promet Podgorica and employees of the company Margomarket doo, Podgorica, which was transformed
into a joint-stock company and as such was registered in the court register at the Commercial Court in
Podgorica on 1996-07-03. In accordance with the law on companies, the joint-stock company
Margomarket dd. Podgorica is organized into a joint-stock company for trade and services and is
registered in the Commercial Court in Podgorica on April 3, 2000 under the number FI. 1629/00.
In accordance with the Law on Business Companies, MARGOMARKET AD Podgorica was registered
on August 13, 2002 in the Central Registry of the Commercial Court in Podgorica with registration number
4-0002094/001 and re-registered on January 13, 2010 under number 4-0002094/013.
Based on Article 55 of the Law on Value Added Tax (Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro No.
65/01, 38/02 and 72/02) and Article 203 of the Law on General Administrative Procedure (Official Gazette
of the FRY No. 33/97) Directorate of Public of income on April 2, 2003, issued a decision on VAT
