LUKOIL-Moldova SRL is one of the leaders on the market of petroleum products and liquefied gases in the Republic of Moldova. LUKOIL-Moldova was created in 1995, as a subsidiary of the Russian oil company LUKOIL SA. Currently, LUKOIL-Moldova operates with three oil bases and a gas terminal, as well as with more than 100 filling stations. In addition, the stations have bars, shops, petrol stations and car washes. The company has its own specialized transport fleet for the maintenance of oil bases, filling stations and the provision of transport services in order to transport petroleum products to third parties. The main activities of LUKOIL-Moldova SRL are: storage, purchase, transport and sale of petroleum products and liquefied gases; construction and maintenance of oil bases for the storage of petroleum products and liquefied gases; construction and operation of filling stations and technical assistance objects; providing services for the delivery and refueling of aircraft on the territory of the Airport complex (Chisinau). The company’s gas stations cover about one third of the retail market for petroleum products and liquefied gas in Moldova.
