Combinatul de Produse Cerealiere din Chisinau has been incorporated in 1952 as a wheat flour with flour manufacture on three assortments with a productivity of 150 tons per day. The company offers grain storage and processing (elevators) and wholesale trade of grain and flour. In August 1996, the Company was reorganized into a joint stock company with a statutory capital of 74 million lei. At the time, the state's share package was 72%. In 1997, through association agreements with S.A. "CPCC", the complexes of Hincesti, Cantemir and Bulboaca were merged. As a result, an additional issue of shares worth 16.5 million lei was registered for the conversion of shares of new zootechnical complexes, whereby the statutory capital of the enterprise increased to 90 million lei. The production infrastructure of the enterprise is as follows: Combined feed production sector, Milling Sector, Cereals and Oil Seeds Sector.
