enter into the framework of the concession agreement to be signed with the National Ports Agency, in accordance with article 42 of Law No. 15-02 referred to above; the road freight transport activity
- the activity of road freight forwarder of goods;
-the direct or indirect participation in all operations or companies by way of the creation of companies, participation in their constitution, or the increase in the capital of existing companies, the purchase of shares or social rights or otherwise;
-the purchase, sale and exchange of securities, of all interest shares;
- the acquisition, sale and exchange of all buildings and real estate complexes, built or not, and the construction of all constructions.
