In 1947, the company Cartier was created in Marrakech. It produced the apricot jam which it markets in the same area. In 1965, the company Cartier amalgamates with company Saada, pertaining to the Debbagh family and operative in the production of peas and tomato purees.
Cartier Saada is specialized in processing preserved fruits and vegetables. The Company's products are olives, including black olives and green olives; fruits, including apricots, peach, fruit cocktail and oranges; vegetables, including mushroom, palm heart, asparagus and corn; pulps, including grapefruit, clementine and lemon, and jam, including orange, apricot and strawberry. The Company distributes its products in Morocco, France, Belgium, Germany and Canada. It is a limited company, listed in Casablanca Stock Exchange since 21 June 2006.
