-1986: The Company was incorporated on February 12, 1986.
-2000: The Company was re-registered Under the Companies Act No. 07 of 2007 on February 19, 2000.
-2021: The Company was changed from Private Limited company to a Limited Company under Provisions of the Companies Act No. 07 of 2007 on August 6, 2021.
-2022: The Company listed on Colombo stock exchange on June 23, 2022.
