The Company name was changed from Jetwing Airport Hotel (Private) Limted to Jetwing Symphony (Private) Limited as evidenced by the certificate of incorporation dated on October 7, 2011.
The Company status was changed from a private company to a limited company and consequently the name of The Company changed to Jetwing Symphony Limited as evidenced by the certificate of incorporation dated on December 5, 2011.

The Company was listed on The Colombo Stock Exchange on January 1, 2018 .
