Rg Brands AO (Kazakhstan)

Rg Brands AO began operations in 1994 as a distributor of imported consumer goods internationally renowned brands. In 1991 the company started production of RG Brands juice and tea under its own brands. RG Brands is one of the leading companies in the consumer goods sector, active in Kazakhstan and Central Asia. The company is one of three industrial holdings from Resmi Group Ltd. The operational structure of the company includes production sites, logistic centers and sales subsidiaries in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan. In 1999 the company starts producing juices, nectars and tea under its own brands and factories Interjuice Tealand. PepsiCo becomes the exclusive partner in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, and begins production of carbonated soft drinks and water at the plant PRG Bottlers. Later, the company buys Nestle dairy plant Kosmis in Kostanai, and in 2005 the milk production starts already under its own brand.
