The Company main activities are real estate ownership and management of real estate and real estate consultancy according to the tolerant teachings of Islamic Sharia, the Department of property of others and real estate broker in buying and selling real estate, property evaluation and maintenance of buildings and guard them, through the cadre of national and global considerable experience in managing real estate. All operations of the company are conducted in accordance to Islamic Sharia rule.
The Company was incorporated in 1993 as Kuwaiti shareholding closed company with a capital of KD 1 million. In view of its business development and the shareholders desire to expand its activities on the local and gulf levels, the Company's capital has been increased to KD 10,450,000. Since its incorporation, the Company has built on strong foundations of the long experience of its board of directors' members in all fields and activities of the Company in addition to professionalism gained by the executive staff of the Company. Consequently, the Company has witnessed remarkable growth and development of its business and has become one of the largest pioneer real estate companies in the local market. This is reflected in the development of the Company's business and performance as well as its profits throughout the previous period since its incorporation until now despite of the difficult financial crises which plagued the whole world and hit the GCC countries in general and the State of Kuwait in particular. Despite of these difficult challenges, the Company has not saved any effort to provide the best services to its clients whether in the State of Kuwait or UAE through its branch located in UAE. This fact has attracted some of the most outstanding clients to the Company being in the forefront of the competitor companies.
The Company is managing several real estate portfolios of its clients in addition to its own real estate properties in Kuwait and UAE. In terms of the management of these portfolios, the Company depends on professionalism using the best practice policy. These portfolios include about 500 real estate properties of different types and uses smart buildings, shopping malls, commercial complexes, investment/residential properties, industrial plots. Tenants of the units of these properties are about 8200 tenants.

The company was established on September 12, 1993 as Kuwait Shareholding Closed Company. The company was registered on November 7, 1993 under No. 53705.
The company was listed on November 26, 2007 in Kuwait Stock Exchange.
The shareholders of the Parent Company at the Extraordinary General Assembly held on 25 April 2018 approved to change the Parent Company s name from Real Estate Asset Management Company K.P.S.C. ( REAM ) to REAM Real Estate Company K.P.S.C, which has been approved by the relevant authorities and authenticated in the commercial register on 7 May 2018.
Subsequent to the period ended 30 June 2019, the Parent Company has obtained the regulatory approval for the issuance of bonus shares and accordingly notified Boursa Kuwait to adjust the authorised, issued and fully paid up share capital to comprise of 109,725,000 shares of 100 fils each.
The Company suspended from Kuwait Stock Exchange on 28 December 2020 due to not disclosed financial report for 30 Septemebr 2020 annual 31 December 2021 first quarter 31 March 2021
The Company delisted from Kuwait Stock Exchange on 5 July 2022
On 7 July 2022 , The Company Listed in Kuwait Stock Market-OTC market
