The Company is engaged in administration, investment and operation of the central slaughterhouse and livestock market in Al-Jahra Governorate, Kuwait; processing and recycling the slaughterhouse waste; import and sale of all kinds of livestock; construction and participation .
The Company is engaged in carrying out the following activities: Administration, investment and operation of the central slaughter house and livestock market in Al-Jahra Governorate, Processing and recycling the slaughter house waste after the approval of the Public Authority for the Industry, Import and sale of all kinds of livestock, Construction and participation of similar slaughter house and their installation in different areas in Kuwait and
abroad, Shareholding in the related slaughter house companies and the like, Installation and participation in the meat factories and their accessories and exporting meat after the approval of
the Public Authority for Industry, Investing its funds in investments portfolios managed by professional investment managers, Import and manufacture of all kinds of package materials specially the manufactured materials after the
approval of the Public Authority for the Industry.
The Company is a kuwait shareholding company was incorporated on 21 July,1998 and registered under no. of 73863 on 21 October 1998.
The Company was listed in Kuwait Stock Exchange on 10 May,2005.
The Company become delisted from Kuwait Stock Exchange on 25 April 2017.
The Company listed again on Kuwait Stock Market-OTC market on 18 November 2018
