The Company s main activities are construction and infrastructure contractor. The Company s activities comprises infrastructure and heavy civil works in the fields of buildings and structures, oil/gas and energy, specialist construction and environmental facilities.
The main activities of the Group are as follows: Construction activities and dealing in constructing materials, Ownership of properties and real estate necessary for performing the Company s activities within the limits approved
by the law, Usage of surplus funds available for the Parent Company through portfolios managed by specialised companies and entities.
The Company operates across five main fields of activity: Civil and Infrastructure, Oil and Gas, Treatment Plants and Pumping Stations, Buildings, Facilities Operation and Maintenance.

The Company established in 1 October 1968 in Kuwait. The Company has offices in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Iran and Iraq.
The Company was listed on Kuwait Stock Exchange on 22 May 2006, and registed under registration number 14617 on 2nd july 2000.
The Company become suspended from Kuwait Stock Exchange on 20 June 2017 due to not publish Annual 2016.
On 16 January 2019, CMA decided to delist company s shares from Kuwait Stock Exchange Unless the Company completes the necessary requirements for its shares to be traded for a period of three months from the date.
On 16 April 2019, The Company delisted from Kuwait Stock Exchange .
On 22 June 2022, The Company listed on Kuwait Stock Exchange over the counter.
