Hyosung Capital Co., Ltd. is a financial services company based in Seoul, South Korea. It was founded in 1997 and operates as a subsidiary of Hyosung Corporation. The company offers finance leasing, factoring services, and loans for various purposes. In May 1999, it changed its name from Hyosung Finance Co., Ltd. to Hyosung Capital Co., Ltd. In December 2020, Hyosung Corporation sold its 97.2% stake in Hyosung Capital to ST Leaders, a private equity firm, for 232.4 billion won (US$211 million). The deal was advised by BDA Partners, a global investment banking firm. As of March 2021, the company has changed its name to M Capital Co. Ltd. to reflect its new vision and strategy.
