The Company is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of organic light emitting diode (OLED) equipment. The Company operates its business through three segments. OLED Equipment segment is mainly engaged in the manufacture and distribution of OLED mask and glass inspection process equipment. Non-OLED Equipment segment is mainly engaged in the manufacture and distribution of the infrared ray (IR) filter inspection system, pellicle inspector and blood sugar check sheet inspector. Vision Module segment is mainly engaged in the manufacture and distribution of module used for semiconductor post processing, display and factory automation. The Company was established on January 15, 1999. The Company share was listed on the Korea Securities Dealers Automated Quotation System ( KOSDAQ ) on July 20, 2017.
