the company started its activity on 4 February 1976
On 15 December 1996 the Company changed its legal form to be a Public Joint Stock Company.
On 19 February 1997 the Company was listed in Tehran Stock Exchange.
The company was delisted on Tehran stock Exchange on August 23, 2014

The Company was acquired as a subsidiary of the subsidiary in 1390 through the stock exchange.
