The Company was established as a Private Joint Stock Company with name Razavi Yeast Company on 19 October 1997 and registed under registration number 12447 on 22 November 1997.
The Company changed its legel form to be a public Joint Stock company on 19 May 2022.
The Company started its activity on 22 June 2001
The Company listed in Iran Fara bourse on 3 August 2022
