The company obtained its business license in all insurance fields on May 18, 2003, from the Central Insurance of IR Iran. It started its operations as a private insurance company on the same day. The current fully paid-up capital of the company is IRR 13,000 billion. Parsian Insurance Company is involved in direct insurance operations in both life and non-life insurance fields. It also acquires reinsurance coverage for the policies it issues, following the regulations of the Central Insurance of IR Iran. The company makes investments using its capital, technical and legal reserves. Additionally, it accepts reinsurances from other domestic insurance institutes, including governmental and non-governmental insurance companies registered in free zones, in accordance with the measures set by the Central Insurance of IR Iran.
