Pars Electric Manufacturing Company Public Joint Stock, located in Tehran, was registered as a limited liability company in March 1341 with a capital of five million Rials. It later changed to a private limited company in December 1346 and then became a public stock company in November 1354. The company was accepted by the Tehran Stock Exchange Organization after the victory of the Islamic Revolution. In 1371, Pars Electric Industries Company was transferred from the Ministry of National Industries of Iran to the Social Security Organization as part of the government's policy to hand over companies to non-government sectors.
