The Company changed it s legal form to be Public Joint Stock Company on 17 May 2016.
The Company was listed in Iran fara borse First Market on 3 April 2021.
Field activities:
• Purchase of land, whether purchased or leased for construction projects including: residential, commercial or office.
• Study, design and implementation of all urban and construction projects.
• Conducting tasks, including employer or contractor.
• Accept consulting, supervision, execution and execution of construction projects in partnership, stewardship, contractor or sponsor.
• Provision and production of materials, supplies, equipment and machinery, and other equipment, materials and fixtures required for the above, for the purchase or supply of products from the interior or exterior of the country or the creation of a factory for use or sale.
