-The Company was converted into a Public Limited Company on January 11, 2024.
-The Company s name was changed from “Z-Tech (India) Private Limited” to “Z-Tech (India) Limited” .
-The Company CIN changed from U74899DL1994PTC062582 to U74899DL1994PLC062582.
In 2024: The Company s equity shares listed on National Stock Exchange on June 5, 2024.
