The Company is engaged in the business of manufacturing of solid surface material, which is sold across India, through an extensive distribution network of distributors and direct customers and also exported to various countries such as Dubai, Qatar, Greece, Sri Lanka. We operate through two brands namely LUXOR and ASPIRON, which provide a wide range of solid surfaces known for their aesthetics and performance. Our LUXOR brand offers Acrylic UV Solid Surfaces, while ASPIRON offers Modified Solid Surfaces.
In 2010 : The Company was originally incorporated as Durlax Archtech Private Limited on May 03, 2010 as a private limited company.
In 2016 :
-The Company s annual revenues from operations crossed ₹ 30 Crores for the first time.
-The Company recieved ISO 9001:2015 certification in respect of providing sourcing, trading and supply chain services.
-The Company recieved ISO 14001:2015 certification in respect of Manufacturer and Trader of various kinds of Solid Surfaces.
In 2017 :
-The name of the Company was changed to Durlax India Private Limited on August 23, 2017.
-The Company established manufacturing unit at Vapi, Gujarat.
-The Company started commercial production.
-First time exported our product under our own brand.
In 2018 :
-The Company s annual revenues from operations crossed ₹ 40 Crores for the first time.
-Launch of the brand ‘Luxor' and ‘Aspiron.
In 2023 :
-The name was changed to Durlax Top Surface Private Limited on January 6, 2023.
-The Corporate identity number of the Company was changed from U74999MH2010PTC202712 to U74999MH2010PLC202712 on January 27, 2023.
-The Company was converted into a public limited company and the name was changed to Durlax Top Surface Limited on March 29, 2023.
In 2024 : The Equity shares of the Company was listed on National stock exchange of india on June 26, 2024.
