PT Victoria Insurance Tbk is a general insurance company based in Jakarta, Indonesia. It was established in 1978 under the name PT Asuransi Agung Asia and has undergone several name changes over the years. In August 2010, the company was taken over by the Victoria Group and its name was changed to PT Victoria Insurance. The Victoria Group is a national investment holding company with a diverse portfolio of businesses. The company offers a range of general insurance services, including fire insurance, motor vehicle insurance, sea transportation insurance, engineering insurance, surety bond insurance, and more. Its customers include multi-finance companies, banks, local governments, state-owned enterprises, private businesses, and individuals. PT Victoria Insurance Tbk is primarily focused on providing general insurance coverage and risk management services. Its products include property insurance, motor vehicle insurance, marine cargo insurance, engineering insurance, accident insurance, and general insurance. These products provide coverage for various risks and hazards, such as fire, lightning, motor vehicle damage or loss, goods loss or damage during marine cargo transportation, and civil construction and machine operation risks. In 2013, the company moved its Head Office to a new building called The Victoria Building. In the same year, there was an increase in its paid-up capital to Rp 100 billion. In 2015, the company changed its status to become a public company and planned an Initial Public Offering (IPO).
