PT Dwi Guna Laksana Tbk (DGL) is an Indonesia-based coal trading company. It was founded in 1986 as a general contractor and later acquired a Mining Business Licence (IUP) in 2007. In 2009, DGL signed a long-term Coal Sales Agreement (PJBB) with PLN to supply seven power plants in Sulawesi, Nusa Tenggara, Maluku, and Kalimantan. In 2012, DGL was consolidated into PT Exploitasi Energi Indonesia Tbk. (CNKO) after a Rights Issue. During the same year, DGL signed three additional PJBB for power plants in Java and Sulawesi. Today, DGL is a major coal supplier in the domestic power generation sector with 11 PJBB scattered throughout the country. The company also has eight Letter of Intent (LoI) for PLN-owned power plants that are still under construction. DGL has three business units, including a coal mine and a port in Tanah Laut regent, and another mine in Banjar regent, all located in South Kalimantan. The company's activities cover Java, Bali, Nusa Tenggara, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and Maluku. Its subsidiaries include PT Sinergi Laksana Bara Mas.
