Pet-Pack Ltd. was established in 1991. Its main business was producing plastic bottles, which is how it came into contact with Hungarian mineral water producing companies. In 1999 Pet-Pack Ltd. purchased Balfi mineral water plant, In 2004 the company expanded further by purchasing Visegrádi mineral water plant. In 2006 the company purchased Pannon-Aqua Ltd., where mainly own brand products are bottled.
