The KÉSZ Group reached a milestone in 2007 when it celebrated its 25th anniversary: the mother company and its subsidiaries formed a holding, with the aim of achieving a clearer company structure and optimising its operation. The KÉSZ Holding Enterprise Development and Asset Management Joint Stock Company was established which will in the future play the leading role within the group.
KÉSZ Holding Zrt., the leading company of the Kész Group, is one of the determining investment and asset management enterprises of Hungary and the whole region. The prime objective of the Holding is to develop and implement an effective strategy within the KÉSZ Group of Companies which will allow it to become a leading economic factor. The basic aim is to increase the role KÉSZ plays in property development, the environment protection industry and enterprises which became grown-ups during their functioning in such a way that now they are capable to provide competitive services on foreign markets.The Group aims to become a determining force in these branches of industry.
The Holding, as efficient investor, does not only create medium- and long-term strategies, and concepts for development, but it also looks after their financing and manages their professional implementation. The prime task of the company is asset management, property development and operation, and the monitoring of various enterprise developments. Consequently, KÉSZ Holding Zrt., as the leader of the group, operates and plans to operate enterprises in the construction and building material manufacturing industries, in the environment protection industry, in the fields of bioenergetics, informatics, training, fleet management, financial and leasing services.
The Holding utilizes state-of-the-art, people-centred and environmentally friendly technologies in all its activities, both locally and internationally - since the Holding is also active beyond the borders of Hungary in the neighbouring countries.
