FICOHSA Seguros S.A. (Honduras)

FICOHSA Seguros S.A. is an insurance company located in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. It was originally established in 1957 under the name "Compañía de Seguros Interamericana S.A." and offered a range of insurance and bonding products. In 1996, it was acquired by the Ficohsa Financial Group and changed its name to Interamericana de Seguros S.A. This merger combined almost 40 years of experience with the dynamic and high-quality service of the Ficohsa Financial Group. Since then, FICOHSA Seguros has undergone a development process in all areas of the company, supported by highly qualified personnel dedicated to achieving goals and objectives with a commitment to total customer satisfaction. In 2002, it became the first insurance company in the Honduran market to undergo an international rating based on its financial statements.
