Le Saunda Holdings Limited is a well-known footwear retail and manufacturing company based in Hong Kong. It operates with a vertically integrated business model, engaging in the design, development, production, and retail of men's and women's footwear, handbags, and accessories in China. Founded by Mr. Li Zibin in 1977, Le Saunda has experienced rapid growth and has become one of the leading footwear brands in China. In 1992, the company was listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 0738). Le Saunda has continuously expanded its retail network through self-operated and franchised stores. In the 1990s, the group entered the mainland China market by opening its first retail store in Shanghai, marking a new chapter in its business. In 1991, the group established a production line in Shunde District, Foshan City, China. The Shunde factory has undergone multiple expansions to enhance production efficiency. In addition to the "Le Saunda" brand, the group launched the footwear brand "CNE" in 2001, targeting the young and fashionable market. In April 2011, it introduced the high-end brand "LINEA ROSA," known for its trendy and high-quality products, which received significant attention and positive reputation in the market. Furthermore, the "Le Saunda MEN" brand has been repositioned as a luxury brand for fashionable men. The group's new brand, "PITTI DONNA," was launched in August 2017, with a concept centered around building a green lifestyle through footwear and supporting charitable causes.
