The Company offers a range of telecommunications services, including wireless and fixed line, as well as provides business process outsourcing services. The Company is also involved in the production, processing, and distribution of food products, including noodles, dairy, food seasonings, snack foods, nutrition and special foods, and flour and pasta, as well as in agribusiness comprising oil palm, rubber, sugar cane, cocoa and tea plantations, cooking oils, and margarine and shortening. In addition, the Company is involved in the exploration, development, and utilization of mineral resources, including gold, copper, and silver; oil and gas exploration; and provision of water distribution and sewerage services, and electric power distribution services. Further, the Company finances, designs, constructs, operates, and maintains toll roads, toll facilities, and other facilities generating toll-related and non-toll related income; and operates and manages hospitals. The Company was incorporated in 1988 and is headquartered in Central, Hong Kong.
