It received nearly 30 million visitors annually and has a comprehensive industry chain operation, super IP creation, and leading comprehensive operation and management capabilities in China. Representative projects under its investment and operation management include Ningxia Shapotou International Tourism Resort, Desert Star Hotel (within Shapotou Scenic Area), Desert Diamond Hotel (within Shapotou Scenic Area), Zhuhai Haiquan Bay Resort, Xianyang Haiquan Bay Resort, China Travel Anji and Leshan Valley (including Club Med L'Ange, Juruo, and Elf Hill Farm), Luzhou Guilipo Hotel, Lugu Lake Gem Half Mountain Hotel (under construction), Hong Kong Hung Hom Hotel (under construction), and Maldives Anbara Island Resort (under construction). It also operates theme parks such as Shenzhen Window of the World and Splendid China Folk Culture Village, as well as natural and cultural attractions such as Detian Transnational Waterfall in Guangxi, Huashan Rock Paintings in Guangxi, Lugu Lake Scenic Area in Yunnan, and Luzhou Laojiao Distillery in Luzhou. The company is also involved in various other projects and services related to the tourism industry. The company implements a "boutique strategy" to enhance scenes, content, and experiences, focusing on creating industry benchmarks recognized by the market and ensuring sustainable development.
