The Company was incorporated in Cayman Islands on 13 May 2014. The Company's shares were listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 17 October 2014.
Effect from 1 February 2017, the Company has changed name from Man Sang Jewellary Holdings Limited to Affluent Partners Holdings Limited.
