Furthermore, it produces custom-made rugs and carpets, contracts to fulfill the carpeting needs of homes, hotels and offices and provides related carpet care services.

History:
1981: The Company was established in 1980. On November 16, 1981, the Company was established as a Limited Liability Company according to the law No 43 of 1974 and was modified by law No 32 of 1977.
1991: On November 2, 1991, the Company was converted into a Joint Stock Company according to the Law No 230 of 1989 and the law No 95 of 1992.
1993: The Company was listed on the Egyptian Stock Exchange on Aug 25, 1993.
