O.K. Trans Praha Spol. S R.O. is a company located in Hostivice, in the Prague-West district of the Central Bohemian Region. It was founded by the Zderadiček and Starosta families in the late 1980s and early 1990s, following political changes in former Czechoslovakia. The company was officially registered on June 21, 1990, under the name O.K. T R A N S, spol. s r.o. It was later renamed to its current name, O.K. Trans Praha spol. s r.o., on January 26, 1998. The company's headquarters are situated in the village of Chýně, just one kilometer away from the borders of the capital city of Prague, or four kilometers from the nearest metro station at Zličín.
