It has been established in 1993 as a joint venture of the German company Robert Bosch GmbH from Stuttgart and the Jilhlava plant engineering Motorpal, a.s. From 1996 Robert Bosch GmbH is a sole owner of BOSCH DIESEL, s.r.o.
