Jaramillo Mora Constructora S.A. is a Vallecaucana company that was founded in Palmira in 1970. Initially, they focused on designing and constructing private houses, but gradually expanded into housing developments, commercial and industrial sectors, institutional projects, and infrastructure works at the departmental level. In the 1990s, during the national construction and banking crisis caused by the failure of the UPAC system, the company started participating in urban development projects with the Compensation Funds of Valle del Cauca, specifically Comfaunión, Comfenalco, and Comfandi. This was the only active sector during that time. After 29 years, due to security concerns in Palmira and the desire for business growth and greater opportunities, the company decided to relocate its headquarters to Cali. They were confident in the excellence of their human resources and filled with optimism and faith in God. As a family-owned company, they shifted their focus to exclusively developing their own housing programs. This was a significant challenge, but with the effort, commitment, and participation of a great team, they managed to position themselves among the top construction companies in the department and become sector leaders over the past decade.
