Grupo Aval Acciones y Valores S.A. ("Grupo Aval") is a securities issuer in Colombia and the United States, registered in the National Registry of Securities and Issuers and in the Securities and Exchange Commission of the United States ("SEC"). The group is the largest financial conglomerate in Colombia and one of the leading banking groups in Central America with more than Ps. 224.1 billion in total assets and 430.5 billion in assets under management.
