Industria Dos En Uno De Colombia Ltda. belongs to the Chilean company Dos en Uno that was founded in 1951 and operates in the area of candy and gum. In the 80's it expanded the range of products to chocolates and lollipops. In 1993 the industrial plant Cerrillos was constructed, where it started producing Selz, Golpe, Sapito and the cookie line Holanda. Since 1998 Dos En Uno belongs to Arcor, an Argentine company with international presence, which has four plants in Chile. In 2005 it was strategically associated with the French group Danone through which they unified their businesses for cookies, alfajor and cereal bars in Argentina, Brazil and Chile, constituting the largest biscuit company in South America, Bagley Latinoamérica SA.
