2017 - We acquired Haier Insurance Agency
- Haier Insurance Agency was granted the nationwide Insurance Intermediary Licence issued by the CBIRC and has been authorised
to conduct insurance agency business in all areas of the PRC.
- We began providing insurance agency services to insurance clients other than Haier Group insurance clients and expanded our insurance
product portfolio to cover life and health insurance products and accident and automobile insurance products.
- We introduced our online platforms, including our ‘‘Quan Zhanggui'' APP and our WeChat official account.
2018 - We completed financing from Qingdao Haichuanghui and raised an aggregate amount of RMB10.0 million.
- We launched our mini programme ‘‘Quan Zhanggui Claim Centre on the WeChat platform.
2019 - We were accredited ‘‘High-tech Enterprise'' by Science Technology Department of Qingdao, Qingdao Department of Finance and Qingdao Tax Service of
