Xi’an Shaangu Power Co., Ltd. (SPC), a sub-company of Shaanxi Blower (Group) Co., Ltd. (Shaangu Group in short), was established based on operating activities and high quality assets of Shaangu Group in June, 1999. SPC is a joint-stock company, in which Shaangu Group has 98.624% share. On April 28, 2010, SPC successfully went into IPO, in Shanghai Stock Exchange. SPC is a professional company who provides systematic solutions and services for turbo-machinery in the fields of metallurgical industry, petrol-chemical industry, air separation, environmental protection, national defense, etc. Traditional products include axial compressors, energy recovery turbo-expanders, centrifugal compressors, centrifugal blowers, large ventilators and steam turbines. Both of the two products won second awards of national S&T advancement for three times. In particular，the axial compressor and the energy recovery equipment were awarded Chinese Famous Product in 2004 and 2005 respectively. SPC passed ISO9001 quality management system certification in 1994, ISO 14001 environment management system certification in 2001 and OHSM18000 occupational health & safety management system certification in 2004. As of December 31, 2010, the company had seven subsidiaries, which involved in the manufacture, distribution and technology services of castings, turbine machinery and blowing machine, contract engineer construction and technology development, as well as the production of industrial gas.
