After resuming the offering on January 19, 2009, the company’s main business scope was changed to be mining, smelting, manufacturing, processing non-ferrous metal minerals. Rising Nonferrous Metals Group will actively use the listed company platform; fully integrate rare earth, tungsten classes and other resources to build a high-quality A-Class listing company which masters the upper reaches of the earth and tungsten mineral resources. In the restructuring, the 14 enterprises merged into the listed Company include five tungsten ore companies, eight enterprises for rare earth mining, smelting and processing and a sales company to form a complete industrial chain in Guangdong.
