In addition, the company offers electricity procurement services to charging stations, as well as other amenities and ancillary services, such as vending machines, massage chairs, and car wash tunnels. It serves charger manufacturers, EV OEMS, and end-users.
HISTORY
2013: The Company is a limited company incorporated in the Cayman Islands under the laws of Cayman Islands on July 16, 2013. On September 30, 2013, the Company acquired from certain third-party sellers a junior English Language Training
2017: The Company s common stocks was traded on NASDAQ Global Market since October 20, 2017 under the symbol “REDU.” and renamed as RISE Education Cayman Ltd in June 2017.
2022: On June 10, 2022, The Company completed the merger with Dada Auto. The name of the Company was changed to “NaaS Technology Inc.” and its ticker to “NAAS”.
2023: On June 20, 2023, the Company acquired a 89.999 interest in Sinopower Holdings International Co. Limited (“Sinopower”).
