HISTORY
2011 The Company was incorporated as an exempted company of the Cayman Islands on June 9, 2011, under the name MOGU Holdings Limited .
2016 In February 2016, The Company acquired Meiliworks Limited and its subsidiaries (including Meilishuo (Beijing) Network Technology Co., Ltd.) and consolidated affiliated entities, or Meilishuo, an online fashion platform in China, through a series of transactions.
The Company changed its name to Meili Inc. in June 2016.
2018 The Company changed its name to MOGU Inc. in November 2018.
On December 6, 2018, the ADSs representing The Company s Class A common shares commenced trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “MOGU”.
2021 On July 26, 2021, The Company acquired Ruisha Technology.
