The company is a real estate development company with business areas in real estate development, property management, steel production, sales, machining, etc. Currently company income mainly comes from sign design and production, materials, sales and leasing, to which Qingting Company, Shangpin Company contribute the most. Major shareholders of the company are Sichuan Qifeng (Group) Co., Ltd. and Sichuan Hongxin Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., who have been the persons acting in concert and the actual controllers of the company are the people who is in control of the two major shareholders. In June 2009 through distribution additional shares to all shareholders of Jinke, ST Dongyuan merged Jinke Group, which realized the backdoor listing of Jinke. Legal person of Jinge Group was canceled and all group assets, debt and personnel were transferred under the company and the original name was changed to “Jinke Property Group Co., Ltd.” Its main business is development of ordinary commercial property most based in Chongqing while expanding business to Chengdu, Wuxi, Jiangyin, Changsha, Beijing etc., which are all more economic developed. Company products are ordinary commercial project with orientations of new type, practical, low-cost and high-performance.
