History
2009: The Company commenced commercial operations in September 2009 through Shenzhen Jiayuda Trading Co., Ltd. The Company s one of the Shenzhen-based end-to-end supply chain solution providers in China, with a focus on providing cross-border logistics services.
2015: In July 2015, Shenzhen Jayud Logistics Technology Co., Ltd. (previously under the name of “Shenzhen Xinyuxiang Supply Chain Co., Ltd.”) was established to optimize it resource allocation to further expand business.
2022: On June 10, 2022, the Company incorporated Jayud Global Logistics Limited under the laws of the Cayman Islands as it offshore holding company to facilitate offshore financing. In June 2022, it established Jayud Global Logistics (Hong Kong) Limited, wholly owned Hong Kong subsidiary. From May to September 2022, the Company underwent a series of corporate reorganizations in anticipation of initial public offering.
2023: The Company applied to have Class A ordinary shares listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “JYD.” on February 17, 2023
