2018 The Company s ADSs have been listed on the New York Stock Exchange since March 27, 2018 under the symbol “GHG”.
2019 In April 2019, The Company entered into an agreement to acquire a 70 equity stake in Urban, a franchised hotel operatior in China with a network of economy and business brands.
2022 In May 2022, The Company entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Da Niang Dumplings and Bellagio, two leading restaurant chain businesses in China from GTI, The Company s controlling shareholder.
