Global Mofy HK owns 100 of the equity interests of Mofy Metaverse (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd a business company incorporated in accordance with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China on December 09, 2021.
2023: The Company s applied to list its Ordinary Shares on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “GMM.”
2024 The Company changed its name from Global Mofy Metaverse Limited to Global Mofy AI Limited
