The company is Shanghai’s one of top 10 well-known real estate developers and the only listed company of Shanghai Real Estate Group. The company mainly engaged in real estate management and development. While strengthening the core business, the company is actively involving in high-tech industry development, intelligent property management, property renting, architectural decoration and other fields to form a real estate investment oriented and limited diversification business structure. The company mainly focuses on residential projects development including villas, townhouses, luxury apartments, mid-end apartments as well as some office building projects, which are most for sales. Recently shareholding subsidiary Shanghai Gubei (Group) Co., Ltd. has successfully obtained the land use right of No.42 Sanjiefang, Huamu Town, Pudong New District, Shanghai with RMB1.03 billion.
