It s units commenced public trading on June 24, 2020, and it s ordinary shares, rights and warrants commenced separate public trading on July 22, 2020.
2023 The Company changed its name to “Nukkleus Inc.” It s common Stock and Warrants began trading on December 26, 2023 on the NASDAQ under the symbols “NUKK and “NUKKW” respectively.
